I love the look of the lights and they are exactly what I wanted and have given the kitchen a nice transformation. However, they are difficult to set them up to hang straight as the glass is different thicknesses all the way around the rim where the cord connects to the glass. My husband had to cut some plumbing pipe in a wedged shape to pack them so that they hung straight.

Can definitely recommend for a period home. Our place is circa 1938 and I had been looking for new light fittings for quite a few years.
