Shipping

We process all orders immediately and shipped everyday at 6 PM (AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time. We ship from our Australia and overseas warehouses using Australia Post or FedEx. Delivery normally takes 8-12 working days after your items have been shipped.

Please email us (lights@pendantlightie.com) your right address before shipping. Our service staff will correct it accordingly. If the package has been shipped out, you need to contact Australia Post or FedEx by yourself to change the address.

Once you complete your purchase, we’ll send a confirmation email with all your order details. After shipment, you’ll get another email with tracking info.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at lights@pendantlightie.com and include photos or a video clearly showing the damage. We will promptly address this issue and resolve it for you.

Most PendantLightie orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
However, a modified return policy may apply to some products, including coupons and discount codes.

Visit Return Request and send us your order number. We will send you a Return Item link that you can fill out. Then check your inbox for a return confirmation email. We'll refund you as soon as you send the item(s) back.

Fixture

Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.

The product comes with dedicated installation instructions. If you are unsure how to install the light fixture, you can contact our customer service team by sending an email to lights@pendantlightie.com.

Wattages stated are the maximum recommended. However, the lower wattage bulbs are also compatible.

Pendantlightie is an online retailer and does not have traditional brick-and-mortar stores to display our products. All of our products are listed on our website with detailed information, specifications, and images.
